magnificent nature and climate of tropics, warm and pure ocean in a

many residents. And Hawaiian ‘aloha’ which designates at
once both the greeting, and farewell, and expression of friendly feelings,
is known practically by everyone. Islands are famous for awesome beaches and waters, and abundance of pineapple, bananas and coffee beans growing
here on rich soil.
The history of islands amounts in millenniums and the variety
of people born and came here. It is known, that at the beginning the islands
were populated by Polynesians. After discovering by James Cook in 1778, islands
became a part of kingdom. In 1894 Hawaii became a republic. And in 1959 - the
fiftieth state of the USA with the most populated and known island Oahu.
Here one can easily find a scope of interest on the places
of the capital Honolulu, beach Waikiki, a palace of Hawaiian kings Iolani with
a statue of the founder of royal dynasty Kamehameha, and many others.
Besides a chain of active volcanoes Mauna Loa and Kilaueahe
are located on the island Oahu, to admire at these eruptions sometimes become
possible for tourists. And the extinct volcano of Mauna Kea attracts the attention
of not less than visitors of the active ones.
The Hawaiian Islands have glory of places where the best beaches in
the world for diving and surfing are located. That is why these sports are well
developed on the islands.
